What is this?
A new kind of healthy eating course taught by culinary expert Maureen Penniman! Lively and focused classes are 1 ½ hours of targeted instruction and interactive food demonstrations with ½ hour of Q and A and general discussion. Food samples and recipes are included at every session. Instruction includes information on nutrition, store to table strategies, and sensible decisions on menus.

We will focus on making menus that work, using food selections sensibly, seasonal shopping and cooking, food storage tips and more. PLUS learn quick and simple food preparation tricks to streamline your food preparation and increase satisfying meals.
